We prepare orders for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Carrier transit starts after dispatch and is additional to preparation time. We deliver to Poland, Germany and Spain. The options below cover Germany and Spain in EUR; see the Polish shipping page for Poland. Current rates, free-shipping thresholds and estimated carrier transit are shown below and at checkout.
- Germany, Spain: Kurier Europa — €12.00 (free over €140.00) — estimated carrier transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After submitting your request, you have an additional 14 days to send the package back. The returned item must be unused and have all original tags attached.
How to make a return — step by step

Log in to your account
Go to your account on Lenanto.pl and navigate to the My Orders tab. - 2
Request a return
Click Request Return next to the relevant order. Select the items you wish to return and provide the reason. - 3
Choose a shipping method
Choose a shipping method available for your return address in the return request. - 4
Ship the package
Follow the instructions in your account for the selected return method and send the parcel. - 5
Wait for your refund
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return shipment.
Ordered as a guest?
No worries — you don't have an account yet, but it's easy to set one up. Go to the login page, enter the email from your order and click Forgot Password. Setting a password creates your account and links your order after you log in — then submit your return through My Orders.
Return costs
- Return shipping cost: €11.00 (deducted from the refund amount)
Delivery cost refund
- If you return the entire order, we will also refund the original delivery cost.
- For orders with free delivery, no delivery cost refund applies as no delivery fee was charged.
- If you return only part of the order, the delivery cost is not refunded.
Size or colour exchange
Need a different size? You can do it yourself through your account — no need to contact customer service. Exchanges are available for the same product (different size or colour).

Log in to your account
Go to My Orders and click Exchange next to the relevant order.

Select the item and new size
Choose the item to exchange, provide the reason, and select a new size from those available.

Choose a shipping method and send the original item
Follow the instructions in your account for the selected return method and send the parcel.

Receive the new size
Once we receive the return, we will ship the new size to your order address.
Log in to your account, open My Orders and select Exchange. Choose the item and an available new size. You pay €11.00 to return the original item from Germany or Spain. Once we receive it, we send the new size free of charge.
